Lateral Brace CFB 46
Application
The Cross support CFB is a shear force stabilizer for siMetrix Cantilever Brackets AK 46-P. The Cross Support intakes shear forces specially the force caused due to length expansion on piping with warm applications. Using the Cross Support CFB can increase the capability of handling higher shear forces.
Scope of delivery
Type CFB 46 including mounting set with:
2 x Profile Clip MPK 46 M10 HCP
4 x Washer US 10/125 HCP
2 x Hexagon Bolt SKT M10 x 70 HCP
2 x Hexagon Nut NT M10 HCP
Installation
The Crosss Support will be mounted using the enclosed connecting Elements on the Cantilever Bracket. The Cross Support has to be pushed against the structure. Then tighten the screws.
To achieve higher loads, the Cross Support can optionally be attached to the structure with two anchors. The anchors must be ordered separately and selected depending on the substrate.
